The Fiesta de la Manzana at Ademuz is an event held in November in honour of the local cultivar of the region: the esperiega apple, also called the "frozen apple". The yearly festival plays host to a wide range of gastronomic, cultural and leisure activities (street market with craft and local products, sale of apples, activities for the kids, tapas route, exhibitions, tourist train, competitions, lotteries, etc.).
A great excuse to travel around the region, as this type of apple is only grown in Rincón de Ademuz, thanks to the ideal climatic conditions that give a unique and sweeter flavour to the apples.
Lots of things for tourists to do and see and a range of rural accommodation are other attractions of the region.
